The pool was out of service , which disappointed the kids. The carpet was stained, leading to a less than pleasant environment. The location was convenient, and the room included a fridge and microwave. Unfortunately, the limited vending machine options and the absence of a proper breakfast left us wanting more .

The staff were great. The breakfast options were solid, though a bit limited. A comfortable and clean experience that I would consider again on future trips!

Lots of food for an American breakfast. Incredibly nice and outstandingly accommodating staff, pleasant stay. Exceptionally nice and easy location 15 min walk to downtown.

Had a blast with friends at a nearby waterpark! The family suite was spacious, perfect for hanging out. We loved exploring the area, especially the skiing and golfing options. The breakfast was solid, keeping us fueled for our adventures.

One thing to note, the carpets were a bit stained, which left our socks dirty. Just a minor inconvenience, but something future guests should be ready for.

The beds were soft and comfortable. The man helping at the front was very nice and helpful.

The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was fairly cold. I got chilled sitting in it. Also, the rooms were a lot smaller than the picture looked.

The hole building smelled like smoke. There was burn marks in the carpet. Was burn marks on the tub from cigarettes.

The staff provided friendly service, made the check-in process smooth. The room had basic amenities. The location was convenient for our family wedding, being close to the event.

I really didn't like anything other than the staff

Floors/carpet was all wet. They said they had such been cleaned. If that is the case make sure they are dry before using that room.Had bad smell,AC was not cold,we had to wait for a long time to get a iron. It was just a really really old kind of place, nothing like it said or looked like in Pictures. Oh and the worst part was people smoked right at the front door were a sign said NO SMOKING WITHEN 25 FEET & THEY SMOKED IN FRONT OF THE DOOR.

Rooms had all bells and whistles, a little fridge, microwave, iron etc. Plus the furn.iture was fairly knew all wood and very nice

public hot tub looked dirty, and there was a . .But the rooms were clean and the maid in the morning was great, she walked in on us accidently and she bad smell all over on the floor we stayed on. a dirty house s and felt real bad and she told us not to worry and to take our time checking out. We stayed until to not out how late we checked out.

We had a nice time here, and I really enjoyed the comfy beds and the clean, spacious rooms. The outdoor lounge area and poolside were perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, but overall, we had a pleasant stay 😊
